Yoga and Breathwork for Educator and Caretakers (Everyone)
This afternoon is designed to care for the ones who take care of others. As we prepare to transition into the busy time of the Fall, take an afternoon to learn practices and techniques that remind us to take care of ourselves, physically, mentally, and energetically.
Jennifer is an educator who understands the nature of the demands of this time of year as school and other systematic routines set back into place. This workshop will place a special emphasis on those who have the privilege of caring for others, especially children. Participants will be given breathing techniques, yogic sequences, and other tools and techniques to practice balance and care for themselves during this energetic time of year.
